Jason Gannon
OWNER
Jason Gannon started Gannon Building Group in 2018, with the intention of building meaningful homes that withstand the elements of time while creating lasting relationships with his clients.
Known for the best, and we mean best, brisket in the world, Jason enjoys smoking meats and enjoying quality time with his family when he is not working. Jason and his wife Robyn and have two kids together, Joseph (17) and Madelyn (16). Originally from Southeast Michigan, Jason spent time working for commercial and residential home builders in Florida before calling Hampstead, NC his home in (date).
PROJECT MANAGER
Bill Johnson
Originally from Southeast Michigan, Bill Johnson has spent the past four years calling North Carolina home. With over 25 years of experience as a licensed builder in Michigan, he founded and operated William Johnson Construction, specializing in custom home building. Now, as the project manager for Gannon Building Group, Bill brings his extensive expertise and problem solving skills throughout the building process and dedication to crafting high-quality homes.
A longtime friend of Jason Gannon since 1987, Bill values strong relationships both in and out of work. When he's not managing projects, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his wife, Inger, and their two daughters, Kayla (27) and Alyssa (22).
MARKETING COORDINATOR
Sarah Anne Lazorik
Joining the team in 2023, Sarah specializes in photographing Gannon Building Group's projects as well as coordinating the business's social media platforms and marketing efforts. Growing up in Lake Norman, NC, Sarah enjoys surfing, cooking, and hanging out with friends in her free time.
JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Joseph Gannon
Joseph Gannon is a key part of the Gannon Building Group team as he oversees daily tasks on job sites as well as working with subcontractors to meet project timelines.
When Joseph is not working on his father's builds, he enjoys surfing in Surf City, hanging out with friends, and snowboarding.
